4 When are you free for dinner?
  • Hey, you! We’re so glad you’re interested in our co-op! This initial application allows us to get to know you a bit and schedule a dinner so you can see the house and meet the current members. You’ll attend a total of two dinners with the house you’re interested to move in to, and the membership coordinator will guide you through the rest of the process. See you soon!
  • Let's start with the basics

  • Tenants are members who live in a HAUS. For more info on Associate Membership, check the FAQ page.
  • Note: Pets are accepted on a case by case basis and will require a $100 pet deposit.
  • Tell us a little bit about you

    We'd like to know more about who you are; please fill out detailed responses to the following questions. Just so you know, these answers will be shared with our current members 🙂
  • Describe a little bit about who you are, your interests, goals, hobbies, background, etc.
  • What about our co-op interests you? Do you have experience in cooperative communities/living?
  • We are a diverse community with members from many different backgrounds, and are open and mindful about inclusive language and inclusive practices. See above for more information.
  • When are you available to meet us?

    Make sure to select a dinner for the house you're applying to. This usually takes place in the evening around 7-8pm.
  • The HAUS dinner you attend is the HAUS you'll be applying to. Please check availabilities for each house before choosing!
  • Urth has dinners all weekdays Monday-Friday. Please give at least 48h advance notice before you're dinner 🙂
  • Rosalie has dinners Sunday and Monday. Please give at least 48h advance notice before your first meeting 🙂 A membership coordinator will follow-up with you for confirmation.
